The Welsh Government has confirmed, through the Business Statement, that the Legislative Consent Motion on the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill will be debated and voted on in the Senedd on Tuesday 27th January 2026.

Attached below is the joint statement of Archbishop Mark and Bishop Peter, which should be made available to parishioners as soon as possible and especially next weekend. You will see in the statement there is both request for prayer and also an invitation to make Monday 26^th January a day of fasting.
